Shipping Info
In-stock items ordered before 3:00 pm are usually shipped the next business day. This is to ensure
that there is sufficient time to prepare and process the orders. Delays may occur due to weather,
availability or other circumstances. All items are shipped from our distribution center in Kuala Lumpur
in our own fleet of refrigerated trucks to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Specify Future Shipment Date
If you would like to specify future shipping dates to reserve your selections now, please call our
Customer Service Center to place your order at 03-227 338 77.
Multiple Shipments
You can split up the order and send it to multiple addresses. If you decide to split your order between multiple
shipping addresses, you need to register as a member and create an address book and enter the addresses you would
like to ship to. On the Single Address Page specify that you wish to ship to multiple addresses. Once you specify
a shipping option for each shipment, the Multiple Shipping Addresses Page appears.
This option is also created if you intend to purchase as gift to someone.
Shipping Cost
As we deliver in our own trucks, the shipping cost is significantly reduced as compared to other online shops.
We charge RM 5.00 per delivery. For any purchases above RM 100, the shipping cost is waived and we will deliver
to you free of charge!
Shipping Restrictions
At the moment, we are only serving customers within selected Klang Valley areas. As we value you, for customers outside
Klang Valley, please contact us directly via details listed below for more information.
